GG's Sweet Treats ("we," "us," "GG's") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use ggssweettreats.com, how it's used, and who we share it with.

Information We Collect

When you place an order, we collect the information you provide in the checkout form:

• Name, phone number, and email address
• Delivery address (for delivery orders only)
• Requested date/time, order notes, and allergy information you choose to share

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payment is handled entirely by Square on their own secure checkout page — your card information goes directly to Square, never to us.

How We Use It

• To prepare, confirm, and fulfill your order
• To contact you about your order (confirmation, questions, delivery updates, or if we're unable to fulfill it)
• To respond if you email us directly

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything beyond running the bakery and talking to our customers.

Who We Share It With

• Square — processes payment and order details for checkout.
• Our website hosting and database providers — used to securely store order records.
• Google — market location maps are embedded from Google Maps, and our fonts load from Google Fonts. If we enable Google Analytics in the future, anonymized visit data may be shared with Google for that purpose.

We don't share your information with anyone else, and none of these providers are permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

Cookies & Local Storage

Your shopping cart is saved in your browser's local storage so it's still there if you navigate away — this stays on your device and isn't sent anywhere until you check out. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Data Retention

We keep order records to track business history and respond to any questions about past orders. If you'd like your information removed, email us and we'll take care of it.
